is it possible to restrict the frontend editing for the author of the post only? and is it possible to have deleting of the post by the author as well from the frontend?

Could you clarify the question more detailed? Don’t you want to give access to WordPress dashboard? Currently you need to go to back-end to launch Visual Builder.
